Session Rates
We believe in transparent, straightforward pricing. There are no hidden fees, no surprise charges, and no long-term contracts. We are a private-pay practice and provide superbills for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Insurance panel options are in process.

Men's Recovery Group Counseling
1.5 hours · weekly for 9–12 months
Billed on the 1st of each calendar month. Initial groups use the Facing The Shadow curriculum by Dr. Patrick Carnes.
Insurance Information
Covenant Counseling is currently private pay. After each session we provide a superbill you can submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement; reimbursement depends on your plan, so ask your insurer about out-of-network benefits, your deductible, and session limits. Insurance panel options are in process. Please contact us to ask which panels are currently active.
While we work on joining insurance panels, Covenant Counseling is currently cash pay only. We are happy to provide a superbill upon request, which you may submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
Helpful to know before your first session:
- What is your mental health copay or coinsurance?
- Have you met your annual deductible?
- Is there a limit on the number of sessions per year?
- Do your benefits cover couples or family sessions?

Payment Methods
We accept cash, check, and all major credit and debit cards. Payment is due at the time of service. For couples and family sessions, payment arrangements can be discussed in advance.
Cancellation Policy
We request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to the full session fee. We understand that emergencies happen and will always work with you in exceptional circumstances.
